Lamoine State Park has delightful nature scenery for your viewing contentment. If time allows, Acadia National Park is a national park worth stopping at, and do schedule some time to pop by Emery Cove if you have a chance. The Parkman Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and why not visit Hamilton Pond Dam while you're here. Why not go to Leland Point also since you're here; while you're here, you might as well explore Googins Ledge. Summertime highs at Lamoine State Park commonly tend to be in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lamoine   State Park sink into the 10's. There's splendid hiking along the Grandgent Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Mount Desert Campground is a magnificent place to camp. Lamoine State Park has loads of natural beauty; it's a place that everybody likes. There is wonderful outdoors recreation at Lamoine State Park, so you may have a heap of fun. Golf can be played at Bar Harbor Golf Course, and do check out Stony Brook since you're here at Lamoine State Park. The high level of rainfall makes Lamoine State Park a pretty wet spot; November is the wettest month with most rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A tour to Hadley Point close to Lamoine State Park is always a nice idea, and don't forget to take a brilliant little trip to Aunt Betseys Brook. Lamoine State Park is a great place for a trip when you have to get out of the house. What a site this is for outdoors people. If you're here at Lamoine State Park, do take a spree to Salsbury Cove, and going for a hike on the McFarland Hill Trail is always a nice adventure. Fun endeavors are abundant; there's always something for everyone to take pleasure in. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lamoine State Park has to offer, you can camp at Mt Desert Campground; why not a little side trip to Old Mill Brook. Go for a hike on the Conners Nubble Trail, and if you need a site to stay Belle Isle Motel is a magnificent choice. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in close proximity to Lamoine State Park. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Fresh Meadow is right close by; a great close by hotel is Best Western Inn. You believe that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Good hiking is available along the North Ridge Trail, and Timberland Acres RV Park is a tremendous campground nearby.
