MacKenzie State Park, Hawaii

  Going to MacKenzie State Park is a great idea when you've gotta get out. If you need a place to stay Hale Kakahi is a tremendous choice; the Kalapana Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. Through the warm months highs here at MacKenzie State Park get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. During the winter highs are ordinarily in the 70's while MacKenzie State Park night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 60's.
There are loads of exciting pastimes to gratify everybody. MacKenzie State Park
    sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and June is when it's the driest. MacKenzie State Park has pretty nature scenery for your viewing satisfaction.
On a pretty day you can take a look at Kahonua right next door to MacKenzie
State Park, and dry warm beds await you at Champagne Cove. Lae o Kahuna is not far from MacKenzie State Park at all. Lakes are great; Green Lake is a lake that's close to MacKenzie State Park.

MacKenzie State Park is a pretty section of wilderness where everybody has a nice time. A visit to Lililoa close to MacKenzie State Park is always a splendid idea, and Kehena Beach is a gorgeous beach to pop by.
It's a popular place to get away to for people arriving from Pahoa.
