in the 30's; overnight lows in the-10's for Paonia State Park. This is a popular place for folks from Somerset, and there are other locations here than Paonia State Park, for example Tomahawk Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Hammond Trail is always a great adventure, and why
not a little side journey to Deep Creek.
Paonia State Park has a great quantity of natural splendor; it's a location where everyone has a perfect time. The Minnesota Pass Trail offers hiking at its best. At Paonia State Park you don’t see much precipitation; the month of August
is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
There's magnificent hiking along the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway, and camping at Paonia State Park is delightful fun, McClure Campground is a delightful local campground.
