Highline State Park Custom Search   A good 25-mile-in-length whitewater run on Colorado River is close by. This, the Loma launch to Westwater launch section, is a grade II. This run of Colorado River is a run of water well suited for novices in raft paddling. Don't go raft paddling before first checking restrictions; it's risky matter. If you get bored of Highline State Park, you could also visit nearby Mack Mesa Reservoir; you'll meet a lot of folks from Mack here. Mack Mesa Dam is not far at all from Highline State Park.
