Emerald Bay State Park, Northern Sierra Nevada, California

  There are many enjoyable things to do to satisfy everyone. Going to Emerald Bay State Park is a good idea when you've got to get out of the house. Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do in the neighborhood of Emerald Bay State Park. Lester Beach is right next door to Emerald Bay State Park if you're in a beach type of mood, and the snow is delightful at Sierra at Tahoe.
Going for a hike along the General Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you came for an overnight stay Baldwin Beach Campground is
    a splendid place to camp. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada. Jakes Peak is a peak you can catch a sight of from Emerald Bay State Park; Parson Rock is an exciting place to go to while at Emerald Bay State Park. Rubicon Point is in the vicinity and always tremendous
to take a look at, needless to say you could also go to Floating Island Lake while you're here; it's not far at all.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. High Country Lodge is a fine place to get some rest; do take a look at Cascade Lake, it's a lovely lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14 is magnificent fun, and camping is available at Eagle Falls Campground. Emerald Bay State Park is a popular destination for the populace of South Lake Tahoe.

All through the warm months at Emerald Bay State Park temperatures are mostly in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Emerald Bay State Park dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. At Emerald Bay State Park you find heaps of outdoors recreation, so you can have heaps of fun.
Emerald Bay State Park has loads of natural splendor; it's a spot where everyone has a brilliant time. Here at Emerald Bay State Park you'll probably meet some people from South Lake Tahoe, and Eagle Point is rather close. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Emerald Bay State Park. If you need a location to stay Inn By The Lake is a magnificent choice. There's so much to do here at Emerald Bay State Park that you need to camp here for a while, Upper Eagle Point Campground is a delightful place for that.
And if that's not enough there's a lot more fun stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. If you want to hit the beach, Calawee Cove Beach is in close proximity. The splendor of Emerald Bay State Park is there for your viewing comfort. So much amusing stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada, just remarkable. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Kiva Beach; Fallen Leaf Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to.
At Emerald Bay State Park you can catch a glimpse of Inspiration Point, and since you're here, you could also pop by gorgeous Tallac Lake. If you're keen on cool geologic characteristics, try Balance Rock; since you're here you ought to have a look at Emerald Bay. Head up to Homewood and strap some skis to your feet; you have to go to Emerald Point when you're here.
And that's not all there is to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Hit the beach if you want, Baldwin Beach is practically right here, and dry warm beds await you at Harvest Inn-St Helena, Napa Valley. If you need a place to stay The Truckee Hotel is a good choice; if you came to camp Lower Eagle Point Campground is a magnificent location to do that. An average amount of precipitation falls at Emerald Bay State Park; January is the month that gets the most snow, and July is when it's the driest.
Cascade Creek is a great spot to pop by, and a lake close by is Stony Ridge Lake. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Emerald Bay State Park. Nothing beats kicking back at Pope Beach, and don't leave Emerald Bay State Park without first paying a visit to Eagle Falls.
