Park, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14.
Not far from D. L. Bliss State Park, you'll come across Cliff Lake which is a pretty lake, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Kiva Beach. All the outdoors fun stuff

D. L. Bliss State Park has good outdoors recreation that you can utilize. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Sierra Nevada.
Here at D. L. Bliss State Park you can see Jakes Peak, and why not camp at Upper Eagle Point Campground while you're here at D. L. Bliss State Park. Emerald Bay is close by and always pleasant to visit, and dry warm beds await you at Inn By The Lake.

at D. L. Bliss State Park. There are other sites here than D. L. Bliss State Park, for example Phipps Lake, and Calawee Cove Beach is rather nearby if you're in a beach type of mood.
Dry warm beds await you at The Truckee Hotel, and Balance Rock is an exciting thing to spot
while you're here. It's a popular place to go to for folks coming from Tahoma. You are right next door to Rubicon Bay if you're here at D. L. Bliss State Park; you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Lester Beach.
