A pleasant nearby hotel is Travelodge San Rafael, and a spree to nearby Rat Rock Cove is very relaxing. Man, is there a load of enjoyable things to do in the neighborhood of China Camp State Park. The Bootjack Trail is a great hiking trail next to China Camp State Park, and while here here do go to nearby Kellers Beach.

Miller Creek is a fine local stream. There's so much to do here at China Camp State Park that you need to camp here for a while, Larkspur RV Park is a glorious spot for that. At China Camp State Park you find a heap
of outdoors recreation, so you may have a ball during your stay. If the weather is great here at China Camp State Park, you can go for a hike along the Lagunitas Fire Trail, and if you would like a little side tour, try Rat Rock.

Trailer Park, and if you're a golfer then a pleasant close by course is San Geronimo Golf Course. China Camp State Park is a common place to spend time for folks getting here from San Rafael.
