     The area covered by the Central Cascade Range is about 14900 square miles. Mount Hood with 11239 feet is the tallest mountain in this range, not as high but also impressive are Mount Jefferson, South Sister, North Sister, and Middle Sister. The Central Cascade Range is in Oregon

The Central Cascade Range has many great whitewater kayaking and rafting rivers including Abiqua Creek, Blue River, Breitenbush River, Brice Creek, Bull Run, Calapooia River, Canal Creek, Canyon Creek, Champion Creek, Christy Creek, Clackamas River, a bit of paddling is always fun.
