San Francisco Mountains, Arizona

     This range is located in Arizona and New Mexico and it has plenty of outdoors fun. Whitewater Baldy with 10895 feet is the tallest mountain in the San Francisco Mountains, not as high but also impressive are Escondido Mesa, Mogollon Baldy Peak, Sacaton Mountain, and Black Mountain.
 The area covered by this range is about 7000 square miles. There are plenty of campgrounds in the San Francisco Mountains where you can spend the night in nature. This range is made up of a number of smaller ranges including Big Burro Mountains, Blue Range, Brushy Mountains, Diablo Range, Elk Mountains, Gallo Mountains, Jerky Mountains, Kelly Mountains, Mangas Mountains, Mogollon Mountains and they are all great.
