Front Range, Colorado

     The area covered by these mountains is about 6000 square miles. The tallest peak in the Front Range is Mount Evans at 14264 feet, not as high but also impressive are Longs Peak, Pikes Peak, Mount Bierstadt, and Mount Meeker. This range is in Colorado and it has plenty of outdoors
 fun. The Front Range is made up of a number of smaller ranges including Bare Hills, Gorge Hills, Grand Canyon Hills, Indian Peaks, Platte River Mountains, Puma Hills, Rampart Range, Tarryall Mountains, and The Ironclads each one of them has its own charm. There are plenty of campgrounds in the Front Range where you can spend the night in nature. These mountains have several good whitewater kayaking and rafting rivers including Arkansas River, Bear Creek, Big Thompson River, Boulder Creek, Cache La Poudre River, Clear Creek, Saint Vrain Creek - North, and South
    Platte River, a bit of paddling is always fun. There are many beautiful lakes and streams in these mountains where you can kick back and watch the water. This mountain range have so much to offer. This range has lots of hiking trails, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
