Medicine Bow Mountains, Wyoming

     The Medicine Bow Mountains is located in Wyoming and Colorado and is loaded with outdoors fun. These mountains cover roughly 2200 square miles. Of all the peaks in these mountains Clark Peak is the tallest at 12951 feet, not as high but also impressive are South Rawah Peak, North
 Rawah Peak, Cameron Peak, and Medicine Bow Peak. The Medicine Bow Mountains has a few good whitewater kayaking and rafting rivers including Cache La Poudre River and Joe Wright Creek where you can spend some time on the water. In this mountain range you will never have a bad time. Hiking trails are all over the Medicine Bow Mountains where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. This range has lots of nice lakes and streams where you can catch a fish or two. Campgrounds are plentyful in these mountains where you can spend the night in nature.
    Lots of fun awaits you in this mountain range. Snowy Range is a good ski area in this range, great for you skiers and snowboarders. These mountains include a number of subranges including East Sand Hills, Medicine Bow Mountains, North Sand Hills, and Snowy Range and they are all
