Wenatchee Mountains, Washington      These mountains cover an area of approximately 1900 square miles. Mission Peak with 6876 feet is the tallest mountain in the Wenatchee Mountains, not as high but also impressive are Wenatchee Mountain, Mount Lillian, Horse Lake Mountain, and Beehive Mountain. This range is located   in Washington. Campgrounds are plentyful in this range where you can pitch a tent or park your RV. Sand Hollow Creek is a good whitewater kayaking and rafting river in these mountains where you can spend some time on the water. Mission Ridge is a good ski area in this range, good for skiing and snowboarding. This mountain range is so perfect. There are many beautiful lakes and streams in this range where you can catch a fish or two. The Wenatchee Mountains has lots of good hotels where it's always comfortable to stay.
