Cabinet Mountains, Montana

     The Cabinet Mountains is in Montana and Idaho and is loaded with outdoors fun. The area covered by this range is about 1700 square miles. The tallest peak in the Cabinet Mountains is Snowshoe Peak at 8738 feet, other high peaks are A Peak, Bockman Peak, Elephant Peak, and Saint
 Paul Peak. Vermilion River is a good whitewater kayaking and rafting river in these mountains where you can spend some time on the water. A mountain range like this is too good to miss. There are many hiking trails in the Cabinet Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. This range has lots of nice lakes and streams where you can catch a fish or two. If you're camping there's lots of campgrounds here in this range where you can pitch a tent or park your RV. This is such a fun mountain range.
