Alaska Range, Alaska

     This range is in Alaska and is full of fun things to do. These mountains cover roughly 52200 square miles. The tallest peak in the Alaska Range is Mount McKinley at 20320 feet, not as high but also impressive are Archdeacons Tower, North Peak, Mount Foraker, and East Buttress.
 There are plenty of campgrounds in this range where you can spend the night in nature. Lots of fun awaits you in this mountain range. The Alaska Range is made up of a number of smaller ranges including Alphabet Hills, Amphitheater Mountains, Clearwater Mountains, Peters Hills, Reindeer Hills, Revelation Mountains, Teocalli Mountains, Terra Cotta Mountains each one of them has its own charm. If you come to this mountain range you will have a good time for sure. This range has many great whitewater kayaking and rafting rivers including Brushkana Creek,
    Chistochina River, Chulitna River, Delta River, Drop Creek, Gakona River, Gulkana River, Happy River, Lake Creek, Nenana River, Riley Creek, being out on a river is a great place to be.
