Sixteenth Street Reservoir has it all. Spend the day on the beach at Bathing Beach since you're here at Sixteenth Street Reservoir, and a spree to Greenbelt Park is recommended. While you're here at Sixteenth Street Reservoir, you
could also stop by scenic First High Reservoir. Jackson Hill is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Sixteenth Street Reservoir, and you can go for a hike on the White Horse Trail. Sixteenth Street Reservoir gets a normal amount
of yearly rainfall; May is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Sixteenth Street Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Cherry
Hill Park is a wonderful place for that; going for a hike on the Valley Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Fenwick Branch, and there are plenty of people from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria
here at Sixteenth Street Reservoir. Don't leave Sixteenth Street Reservoir without first paying a visit to Jumpin' Jack Spring, and Sixteenth Street Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Harmony Place Trailer Park is a good local campground.

 | I often take my kids to the park at Greenbelt Lake. The playground is very big and they have a ton of fun. There are things there suitable for all kids ages. We also go around the lake, me running and them riding thier bikes. the trail and lake are beautiful and shaded - which is wonderful during the hot days in the summer.... |
