Beautiful Kingman Lake has much to offer visitors. Get drenched paddling on Anacostia River, and if the weather is delightful, you obtain a wonderful panorama of Good Hope Hill from Kingman Lake. and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Bathing Beach. While you're here at Kingman Lake you must have a look at Tete Du Pont, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Anacostia River - Northwest Branch.

at Harmony Place Trailer Park while you're here at Kingman Lake. Yeah, come here to Kingman Lake for a nice time. If you need a place to stay Days Inn Gateway is a good choice, and it's a splendid idea to stop by Piney Run. This lake
is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria here, and if you have time, Fort Washington Park is a national park worth a visit.
From a precipitation point of view Kingman Lake is a relatively
common place; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. Kingman Lake is right by the Valley Trail, and Anacostia First High Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at. A trip to Kingman
Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Federal Spring, and if you get bored of Kingman Lake you could also stop by nearby Capitol Reflecting Pool.
