All year is a fine time in the Wind River Range if you adore the outdoors. If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a great choice, and a good spot like Deer Park here at Worten Meadow Reservoir is too brilliant to miss. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Middle Popo Agie River close to Worten Meadow Reservoir. There's so much to do here       at Worten Meadow Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Fiddlers Lake Campground is a glorious site for that. A nice nearby hotel is Best Western Inn At Lander, and do pop by Roaring Fork Creek while you're here at Worten Meadow Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Middle Fork Trail, and there's tremendous hiking along the Petes Lake Trail. During the long summer days at Worten Meadow Reservoir temperatures are generally in                  the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's.
