If you are in this part of Wyoming make sure to pay a visit to Lake Winnie. There's so much to do here at Lake Winnie that you need to camp here for a while, Highland Park Campground is a great place for that, and there are wonderful spots to discover along the Penrose Park Trail. There's splendid hiking along the Stockwell Trail, and Sheridan-Days Inn is a great place to get some rest. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bighorn Mountains. Lakes are perfect;

| | Kearny Lake Reservoir is a lake that's near Lake Winnie. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. You're most likely addicted to lakes, Kearney Lake is one of those nearby, and great water scenery is available at Kearney Lake Dam in close proximity to Lake Winnie. This lake is so wonderful. much rain; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most snow while February is ordinarily the driest month. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Don't leave Lake Winnie without first going
for a hike along the Solitude Trail; if you need a site to stay Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY is a wonderful choice. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Lake Winnie. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into
the 30's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lake Winnie. Lake Winnie is a beautiful lake in the Bighorn Mountains.
