Lake Winnie is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The Stockwell Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close to Lake Winnie; Kearney Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. These mountains rock, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Bighorn Mountains. If the weather is glorious here at Lake Winnie, you can go for a hike along the Solitude Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Winnie has to offer, you

This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Penrose Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Tensleep Creek. Winnie is a brilliant place to camp, Highland Park Campground is a brilliant place, also Kearney Lake Dam is worth a visit since you're here.
This lake is located in the wonderful Bighorn Mountains. Summertime brings highs in
the 60's to Lake Winnie, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Winnie.
