    Beautiful Winegar Lake has much to offer visitors. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a pleasant site to get some rest, and Winegar Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Teton Campground is a great local campground. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Bitch Creek, and the Boundary Creek Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Winegar Lake is pretty dry commonly; the month of June is the  
   wettest with most of the rain while October is mostly the driest month.
There's so much to do here at Winegar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cave Falls Campground is a great location for that, and there's some flowing water close by, Mountain Ash Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here. At Winegar Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the
 
               20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Winegar Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Teton Range.
Be careful coming to the Teton Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. While you're here at Winegar Lake you can take a hike along the Old Marysville Road. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Bitch Creek; dry warm beds await you at Teton Mountain View Lodge. Yeah, come up here to the Teton Range for a great time. Falls River Basin is a tremendous location to check out; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Bechler River Trail.
