Many people like to go to Windy Draw Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Sheridan Heights Draw is a delightful spot to spend some time at, and going for a hike along the Stockwell Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Stay the night at Bald Mountain Campground - Bighorn National Forest, and if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Sheridan is a magnificent choice. For you golfers we recommend close by Sheridan Country Club.

Why not pop by Windy Draw Dam since you're here, and a lake nearby is Hume Ponds. Windy Draw Reservoir gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's the one that rains
the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. Windy Draw Reservoir is a good location to visit for more than one day, Sheridan Koa Kampground is a good location to camp nearby, and if you get bored of Windy Draw Reservoir you
could also go to nearby Holly Ponds.
All through the long summer days at Windy Draw Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Windy Draw Reservoir are in the 0's.
