Going for a hike along the Europe Canyon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; Scab Creek Campground is a great campground nearby. Wilderness Lake is right by the Lake Isabella Trail, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bull Lake Creek. Wilderness Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range. Wilderness       Lake gets very little rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May while February is frequently the driest month. Man, is there plenty of fun things to do in the Wind River Range. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a great site to get some rest. So many amusing things to do at Wilderness Lake, so little time. Hiking along the Firehole Trail is brilliant fun; needless to say Halls Creek flows through this neighborhood. This is a pleasant neighborhood for folks                  who like lakes. Divide Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Wilderness Lake is a fine spot to visit for more than one day, Boulder Campground is a fine spot to camp nearby. You completely have to have a thing about the Wind River Range. The top of Halls Butte is easily made out from Wilderness Lake, and Boulder Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. During the warmest time of the year at Wilderness Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's.
