Widgit Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. At Widgit Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Widgit Lake. Around Widgit Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most; October is when it's

If you came for an overnight stay Squirrel Creek Guest Ranch and Inn is a glorious location to camp; there's some flowing water nearby, Middle Boone Creek is a stream you can visit while here. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Bitch Creek, and a lake nearby is Steele Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Bechler River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; camping is available at Cave Falls | |

Campground. Take a hike on the Boundary Creek Trail, and if you need a place to stay Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a magnificent choice. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Widgit Lake is peerless! You could
also take a look at Indian Lake if you're here at Widgit Lake; it's close by, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Teton Mountain View Lodge. Hiking along the West Boundary Trail is delightful fun; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Bitch Creek.
