During the days of summer at Widgit Lake highs are usually in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and overnight lows at Widgit Lake all through the winter generally descend into the 0's. Just can't get enough of Widgit Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Squirrel Creek Guest Ranch and Inn is a nice place to camp, and a quick spree to Middle       Boone Creek is absolutely a brilliant idea. Camping is available at Cave Falls Campground, and going for a hike on the West Boundary Trail is always a good adventure. A fine nearby hotel is Teton Mountain View Lodge, and there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Boundary Creek Trail. There's whitewater on Bitch Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and if you need a site to stay Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a pleasant choice. Widgit Lake                  is a location that is relatively dried out mostly; the month with most of the rain is June; October is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
