Why not stop by White Lake if you're passing through these parts. Yep, outdoors amusing things truly is abundant here in the Absaroka Range. Go for a hike on the Pelican Creek Trail It's always great to pop by Ponuntpa Springs. White Lake is pretty waterless generally; through June this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Going for a hike on the Wapiti Lake Trail is always a good adventure.

| | Lake you hit upon the Tern Lake Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and if you came to camp Pebble Creek Campground is a good place to do that. Comfort Inn Yellowstone North is a glorious place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at White Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tower Fall Campground is a great spot for that. to the 30's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at White Lake descend into the-10's.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range.
