You'll meet a lot of folks from Laramie here, and there's splendid hiking along the Lincoln Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area in the vicinity of Weaver Reservoir has to offer. Good hiking is available along the Overland Trail, and why not take a look at Weaver Dam since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Williams Number 2 Reservoir; after a long day outdoors       Comfort Inn Laramie is a good spot to spend a night or two. AmericInn Laramie is a brilliant place to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache La Poudre River - North Fork. Weaver Reservoir is a location that is relatively arid mostly; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Tie City Campground is a perfect local campground, and Weaver Reservoir is not                  the only location close by, Harney Creek Reservoir is a close by lake. All through the warm months at Weaver Reservoir temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Weaver Reservoir dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Weaver Reservoir, you could stop at Dry Creek.
