This site, the Absaroka Range, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area close to Virgin Lake has to offer. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest, and a pleasant journey to Amoretti Park is a great way to spend an afternoon. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Absaroka Range.       Virgin Lake is right by the Burroughs Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is brilliant on Shoshone River - South Fork. For the period of the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Virgin Lake with night lows in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Virgin Lake. Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a glorious local campground, and the Parque Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Twilight Creek Trail is magnificent fun, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wind River.
