Don't leave Upper Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Kinky White Trail, and Upper Dam is a spot that is right next door to Upper Reservoir. Paddling on Paintrock Creek is so much fun, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Upper Reservoir; North High Park       Trail is a great local trail. Gotta ski! Big Horn Ski is a splendid spot to do that; lakes are such calm locations, why not stop by Brokenback Reservoir. Upper Reservoir gets very little precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Upper Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 90's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.                  High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Upper Reservoir temperatures sink to the 0's. That right there is lots already, but it goes on; Upper Reservoir has it all. Carothers Lake is a good lake in the vicinity of Upper Reservoir, and a brilliant location to have a look at is Pierce Draw. This lake is so wonderful.
