It's always fun to stop by Upper Crater Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are really bountiful here at Upper Crater Lake. Going for a hike on the Cliff Lake Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and tremendous hiking is available along the Edelman Trail. Around Upper Crater Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; April is the month that gets the most snow; February is when it's the driest. | | go home again. Tensleep Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Upper Crater Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Geneva Campground.

There's so much to do here at Upper Crater Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Coffeen Park Campground is a great place for that, and whitewater
paddling is great on Paintrock Creek. This lake is located in the wonderful Bighorn Mountains. For the period of the summertime highs here at Upper Crater Lake get into the 60's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 30's.
Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Upper Crater Lake are in the 0's.
