High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; night lows through the wintertime for Twin Lakes tend to be in the-10's. Good hiking is available along the Jim Creek Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Green River offers some brilliant whitewater. It is very dehydrated here at Twin Lakes typically; the month with most of the       snow is January, and the driest of the months is July. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, The Narrows Campground is a pleasant site for that, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Boulder Creek. That right there is lots already, but it carries on; Twin Lakes has it all. Go for a hike on the Lakeside Trail, and if you came to camp Whiskey Grove Campground is a great spot to do that.
