Twin Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. Twin Lakes gets very little rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May while December is generally the driest month. While you're here at Twin Lakes you can take a hike along the Farlow Trail, and one of the principal features of the surroundings of Twin Lakes is Mount Arter. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back persistently. Twin Lakes is not far at all from Riverton,

If you came for an overnight stay Dickinson Creek Campground is a great spot to camp, and there's whitewater on Middle Popo Agie River for all you thrill seekers. here at Twin Lakes. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Twin Lakes. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Twin
Lakes are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Squaw Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you've had enough of Twin Lakes, Shoshone Lake is close by. This is
no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Take a little trip to Stough Creek since you're here at Twin Lakes, and Bruce Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River
Range. A nice nearby hotel is Best Western Inn At Lander, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Stough Creek Basin Trail.
