There's so much to do here at Trout Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Devil's Tower Fort is a good spot for that; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Devils Tower Inn. This lake is so wonderful. The views at Devils Tower National Monument will blow your mind, and Yakju Reservoir is a great lake nearby. Trout Dam                  is a location that is near Trout Reservoir, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Inn At Sundance is a nice choice. Trout Reservoir is located in the Black Hills. Be careful coming to the Black Hills, you might not ever wanna return home again. For the duration of the long summer days at Trout Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's.
