If you like lakes and you're in this part of Wyoming you can check out Treasure Lake. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Teton Creek; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Snow King. This site, the Teton Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Since you're here at Treasure Lake why not stop at Bear Canyon, and Treasure Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Teton Village / Jackson West KOA is a great local campground.

| | So much entertaining stuff to do in the Teton Range, not enough time. Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a nice place to get some rest; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Miles Creek.

out from Treasure Lake. Not much precipitation falls here at Treasure Lake; all through May this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is August.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Alaska Basin Trail is tremendous
fun, and lots of people from Jackson come here. This lake is located in the wonderful Teton Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Grand Teton National Park is a great spot in close proximity to Treasure Lake, and not
far from Treasure Lake you'll discover South Leigh Lakes which is a striking lake.
For the period of the summertime here at Treasure Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are
in the 40's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Treasure Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. Hit the slopes at Jackson Hole in the vicinity. There's so much to do here at Treasure
Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Teton Campground is a perfect site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the South Leigh Creek Trail, and there's whitewater on Bitch Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
