At Travis Lake throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's, and the night is quite colder of course, usually in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Travis Lake. Travis Lake is right by the Emigrant Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Oregon Trail - Lander Cutoff offers hiking at its best, and there's tremendous hiking along the Smiths Fork Greys River Stock Driveway.
