If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. On a good day at Trail Lake you can take a hike along the East Du Noir Trail, and a fine nearby hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn. Trail Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Rawhide Ranch is a good place to camp nearby; do stop at Trail Lake, it's a pretty lake. Trail Lake is located       in the Absaroka Range. What a place this is for outdoors folks. East Fork Sixmile Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a perfect choice. It is very dried out here at Trail Lake usually; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Trail Lake to catch a sight                  of the water at Trail Lake Control Dam, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Ramshorn Trail. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is bountiful here in the Absaroka Range. If you come at the right time of year, Shoshone River - South Fork offers some good whitewater, and if you're here, you could also take a look at wonderful Trail Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail near Trail Lake called the Du Noir Trail, and you can stay the night at Triangle C Ranch Snowmobile. During the summer at Trail Lake highs are usually in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's.
