Having a nice time in the Wind River Range is uncomplicated. After a long day outdoors Best Western Pinedale Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two; get yourself into a kayak and hit Wind River - East Fork. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do close to Torrey Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a good site to camp, and obviously, this is a great vicinity       for folks who like lakes, Mud Lake is a lake in close proximity. Torrey Lake is located in the Wind River Range. Through the days of summer at Torrey Lake highs are regularly in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Torrey Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. It is very dry here at Torrey Lake generally; most of the rain falls throughout                  June; February is the month with the least moisture. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Wind River Range. Get drenched paddling on Wind River. Lakes are great; Ring Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Torrey Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Ross Lake Trail. Camping is available at Longhorn RV & Motel, and there's good hiking along the C M Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
