It's always fun to stop by Timico Lake. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Timico Lake while nighttime lows are generally in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Timico Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby Angel Pass is a pleasant place to go if you're at Timico Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Pole Creek. This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range.

| | Timico Lake is ordinarily a pretty dried up site; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. All the outdoors exciting things in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back time and again. There's so much to do here at Timico Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Boulder Campground is a wonderful location for that, and you can go for a hike on the Baldy Lake Trail.

Wind River Range for a wonderful time. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Timico Lake; Bell Lakes Trail is a fine local trail, and Edmond Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. From Timico Lake you acquire a glorious vista
of Angel Peak, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Boulder Creek. Timico Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Scab Creek Campground is a nice local campground; since you're here, you could also take a look at
pretty Lake Louise.
All the outdoors cool stuff close to Timico Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Good hiking is available along the Hay Pass Trail, and Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest.
