A brilliant nearby hotel is Fairfield Inn & Suites Laramie, of course you could also have a look at Lake Hattie Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Swedes Cabin Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Brooklyn Lake - Medicine Bow National Forest is a nice local campground, and drift down the rapids of Laramie River in a kayak. All through the summer at Swedes Cabin Lake highs       are regularly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Swedes Cabin Lake tend to be in the 10's. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do close to Swedes Cabin Lake. The wonderful folks of Laramie like to hang out close by, and Quality Inn & Suites Laramie is a tremendous place to get some rest.
