It's always fun to stop by Swamp Lake. It is very dried up here at Swamp Lake frequently; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while October is mostly the driest month. A good site like Shoshone Geyser Basin here at Swamp Lake is too good to miss, and if you come at the right time of year, Snake River offers some wonderful whitewater. Yeah, come up here to the Teton Range for a good time. A good site next to Swamp Lake is Grants Pass;

Summer at Swamp Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Swamp Lake throughout the wintertime regularly drop into the 0's. Swamp
Lake is a beautiful lake in the Teton Range. Be careful coming to the Teton Range, you might not ever want to go home again. There are nice sites to explore along the Mallard Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await
you at Gray Wolf Inn & Suites; do put some time aside to spend at Black Boiler Spring if you're here at Swamp Lake.
