Hidden Valley Picnic - Medicine Bow National Forest is a magnificent local campground, and people from Laramie love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. Sunby Reservoir gets very little rain; most of the rain falls through July; February is the month with the least moisture. Life's too short to enjoy       all the enjoyable things next to Sunby Reservoir. Why not camp at Lake Owen Campground if you're here at Sunby Reservoir, and Lake Owen is a nearby lake that you could visit. Sundby Dam is a spot that is in the vicinity of Sunby Reservoir, and the snow is brilliant at Snowy Range. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Sunby Reservoir, you could also check out beautiful Sundby Reservoir Number 2, and hiking along the Circle Trail is tremendous fun. Sunby                  Reservoir is located in the Medicine Bow Mountains. There's whitewater on Laramie River for all you adrenaline kick people, and Sunby Reservoir is right by the Overland Trail. High temperatures at Sunby Reservoir during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 30's while Sunby Reservoir night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. All year is a nice time in the Medicine Bow Mountains if you fancy the outdoors.
