You'll need more than a day to look at everything Stonehammer Lake has to offer, you can camp at Trails End Campground, and Best Western Pinedale Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Peak Lake; on a great day you can take a hike along the New Fork Trail. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Wind River Range, too fine to be true. In case you don’t                  mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Green River, and you acquire a great panorama of Brimstone Mountain from here.
