Star Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a fine choice; some close by water includes Double Lake Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the Wind River Range has to offer. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Dry Creek Trail; a good spot to camp here at Star Lake is Longhorn RV & Motel.

Star Lake is a location that is quite dried up usually; the wettest month of the year is frequently June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Having a great time in the Wind River Range is painless. Drift down the rapids of Wind River - East Fork in a kayak, and do take a hike on the Ink Wells Trail.

brilliant to miss, and Best Western Pinedale Inn is a brilliant place to get some rest. Paddling on Wind River is so much fun, and why not camp at Circle Up Camper Court Shop if you're here at Star Lake. High temperatures at Star
Lake all through the summertime months are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Star Lake temperatures sink to the 10's.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable stuff just keep reading. You'll find a scenic lake called Double Lake near Star Lake, and hiking along the Dinwoody Trail is magnificent fun.
