Do stop by Squirrel Lake while you're in this part of Wyoming. Be careful coming to Squirrel Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Squirrel Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Fiddlers Lake Campground is a good local campground; lakes are such peaceful locations, why not explore Pinto Park Lake. | | camp here for a while, Dickinson Creek Campground is a perfect site for that, and a nice place to have a look at is Sweetwater Gap. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a perfect location to spend a night or two; Bills Park is a good site here at Squirrel Lake. This lake is so wonderful. you adrenaline rush seekers. Not much precipitation falls here at Squirrel Lake; May is the month that gets the most rain, and December is when it's the driest. The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. Now, you may think
that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Wind River Range. Take a hike on the Pinto Park Trail; Poison Lake is a pleasant lake nearby. Summer at Squirrel Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight
lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Squirrel Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Basco Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth visiting; hiking along the Ice Lakes Trail is tremendous fun.
