Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Spear Lake. Camping at Highland Park Campground is always a splendid experience, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Mistymoon Trail. High temperatures at Spear Lake during the long summer days are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 30's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and       winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Spear Lake. Be careful coming to the Bighorn Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. This is a splendid region for folks who like lakes. Peggy Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and at Spear Lake you can observe Black Tooth Mountain. This lake is located in the wonderful Bighorn Mountains. Nearby lakes? Sure, Bard Lake is close to Spear Lake; whitewater paddling is great on Tensleep Creek. This lake is                  so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Spear Lake, you can go for a hike along the Cliff Lake Trail, and a perfect spot to camp here at Spear Lake is Lake Geneva Campground. That right there is plenty of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Bighorn Mountains has it all. There is a fine hiking trail next to Spear Lake called the Solitude Trail, and everyone close by loves skiing at Antelope Butte.
