Do stop by The Six Lakes while you're in this part of Wyoming. The Six Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Wind River Range. The top of Crystal Peak is easily distinguished from The Six Lakes; paddling on Granite Creek is so much fun. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is abundant here in the Wind River Range. | | Creek Campground is a delightful local campground. At The Six Lakes during the long summer days highs are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for The Six Lakes. Hiking along the Granite Highline Trail is wonderful fun. rapids of Gros Ventre River in a kayak, and a pleasant spot to camp here at The Six Lakes is Crystal Creek Campground. Having a tremendous time at The Six Lakes is trouble-free. While you're here at The Six Lakes you can take
a hike along the Pass Creek Trail, and if you need a site to stay Colter Bay Village is a nice choice. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along
the Purdy Basin Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at The Six Lakes; through the month of January you get the most snow around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
