Wyoming has many beautiful lakes and Simpson Lake is one of them. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining things to do in the Wind River Range. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a great choice; there's glorious hiking along the Roaring Fork Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The top of Square Top Mountain is easily spotted from Simpson Lake; glide down the rapids of Green River in a kayak. This lake is located in the wonderful

If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. If you come at the right time of year, Wind River offers some pleasant whitewater, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Simpson Lake; Whiskey Mountain Trail is a good local trail. Around Simpson Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout June; February on the other hand is the driest. There's just no way somebody can get | |

bored here at Simpson Lake. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a pleasant place to camp.
Don't leave Simpson Lake without first
going for a hike along the Moon Lake Trail; Longhorn RV & Motel is a good campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Simpson Lake is not the only location nearby, Marion Lake is a nearby lake. Summertime highs at Simpson Lake typically
tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 40's. Through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's while Simpson Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
