Going for a hike on the Lakes Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and the slopes of Snowy Range are so inviting nobody can resist. Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Camping at Lewis Lake Campground is always a brilliant experience, and do explore Upper Silver Run Lake, it's a beautiful lake. This lake       is so wonderful. Silver Run Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Nash Fork Campground is a pleasant local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend North Platte River. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Medicine Bow Mountains rules! Dry warm beds await you at The Sage And Sand Motel LLC. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. There are glorious sites to look at along the                  Medicine Bow Trail, and while you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Bear Lake. During the warm months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Silver Run Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Silver Run Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.
