You'll discover a picturesque lake called Wolf Lake near Silver Lake, and you can run the rapids of Bull Lake Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Big Sandy Campground is a glorious campground nearby, and do take a hike on the Boundary Creek Trail. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Wind River Range. Just can't get enough of Silver Lake. The peak of Mitchells Nipple can       be observed from Silver Lake, and Silver Lake is right by the Crossover Trail. At Silver Lake you don’t see much rainfall; May is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. That right there is heaps of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it all. A lovely lake like Upper Silver Lakes next to Silver Lake is a glorious place to take a look at, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a good                  choice. High temperatures at Silver Lake during the days of summer are in the 70's. Summer night lows sink down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Silver Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights. Silver Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Scab Creek Campground is a great place to camp nearby; the Silver Lake Trail offers hiking at its best.
