Sure, Silver Lake is just a very short       distance away. Throughout the summertime at Shoestring Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Shoestring Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
