Throughout the summertime, highs usually are in the 80's at Sevenmile Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 30's, and nighttime       lows in the 10's for Sevenmile Lake. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Sevenmile Lake; Arlington Pack Trail is a perfect local trail, and of course, this is a nice area for people who like lakes, Firebox Lake is a lake close by. There's so much to do here at Sevenmile Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rock River Koa Kampground is a great site for that, and lots of folks                  from Laramie come here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Circle Trail; at Sevenmile Lake you can observe Coyote Hill.
