Sawtooth Lakes is located in the Bighorn Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Bighorn Mountains. Sawtooth Lakes gets very little rain; April is when you get the most snow here, and February on the other hand is the driest. During the warm days of summer at Sawtooth Lakes temperatures are ordinarily in the 60's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 30's. The wintertime brings       highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Sawtooth Lakes tend to be in the 0's. This site is unbeatable, just check out all the entertaining things to do near Sawtooth Lakes. A great location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Sawtooth Lakes is Tensleep Creek, and camping is available at Lake Geneva Campground. A good close by hotel is Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY; while you're here you can take a hike along the Mistymoon                  Trail. And that's not all there is to do here in the Bighorn Mountains. Hiking along the Cliff Lake Trail is perfect fun, naturally you could also visit Bard Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Solitude Trail, and camping at Highland Park Campground is always a great experience.
