     Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1 is right by the Emigrant Trail, and Big Sandy Campground is a good local campground. Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1 gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Hiking along the Jim Lake Trail is great fun, obviously you could also pop by Mayo Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors  
   Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1 is not the only spot close by, Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 2 is a close by lake.
Why not camp at Ox-yoke Acres Campground while you're here at Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1 get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into
 
               the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Sandy Big Bend Reservoir Number 1 temperatures fall to the-10's.
